flight delay + running geeks = reese’s pieces
So tonight we are flying out to MountainWest RubyConf 2007, or rather trying to fly. We just got booted off the plane because of some mechanical problem and had to run to the other side of the airport, only to be told we needed to wait another 30 minutes before we could start boarding. The sight of 4 geeks running down the terminal with laptop bags in tow had to have been quite amusing.
Luckily I snuck in the door at the snack place before they closed and grabbed us some delicious Reese’s Pieces. That seemed to soothe the restless, yet exhausted, natives. Time to hit the gym when we get back!
